Tools for Action include an overview with an introduction, descriptive table of contents, and links to the following sections:

Tools for Action are designed for use by a variety of community and public health professionals.  Specific guidelines for use, by type of user, are listed below:

Clinicians: You may find resources for supporting parents, or for counseling and teaching purposes.

Researchers: Tools for Action may include new resources and stimulate ideas for future research.

Public Health Workers: The examples of programs, projects and lessons learned may be used to inform future work.

Community Advocates: Tools for Action include new ideas and possible actions to take to change policy and your community.
